Matt is a leadership coach and consultant with 25 years of leadership experience across business, nonprofits, church ministry, insurance and financial services.
Trained in an ontological approach to Executive Coaching & Consulting at the Townsend Institute, he helps leaders elevate performance, expand vision, and build unshakable confidence.
His work integrates identity, emotional intelligence, strategic clarity, and character-based leadership — equipping leaders to perform under pressure and lead from a foundation they can trust for the long haul.

Jeremy Hoy
Performance Coach, Finish First Sports Performance
Jeremy has spent 25 years helping athletes and adults unlock their full potential—mentally, physically, and as leaders.
As founder of Finish First Sports Performance, he’s coached everyone from youth athletes to professional teams, including Olympic medalists and Stanley Cup champions.

From Good to Championship Ready
Training with Jeremy Hoy with RMU Men’s Lacrosse took my teammates and I to another level. We won our first 2 conference championships in program history and a large part of it was due to our superior conditioning. On top of that, we also had less injuries than I have seen with a lot of other programs. Coach Hoy did an amazing job getting us stronger, in better shape, and keeping us on the field. As a team, we were also mentally stronger from the workouts we did as they pushed us to work together and come together as a team. There is no doubt I become a better lacrosse player both physically and mentally while working with Jeremy Hoy.
